President Beau Phillips is a respected marketing leader and promotion expert. Phillips formed Rainmaker Media in 1999 and has since developed and executed promotional campaigns for America’s finest companies.

Phillips may be best known for creating innovative promotions, dating back to his experience as VP/GM of KISW radio in Seattle. There, Phillips earned a national reputation for breakthrough ideas and won several industry awards.

Beau left radio in 1996 and brought that spirit to MTV Networks where he was SVP/Marketing at VH1. There he helped reinvent the video channel's vision and created cross-platform campaigns with Madonna, Sting, the Rolling Stones, Showtime, Visa and Blockbuster.
